The film used to make someone a better person and be inspired to overcome the problem. Doctoral Salomon find, even people who are not in therapy with a psychologist, can benefit from watching the movie-related psychological condition.
According to him, one can watch movies alone in the house. They can stop the movie at any time, to re-look at the part that may have a positive impact emotionally for his psychological condition.
By watching the movie itself, you are free to scream, cry, laugh or become lost in thought without fear of disturbing or concerned with the judgments of others. Many films can be an inspiration way out of life concerned with different problems.
As a psychotherapist, Dr.. Solomon also gives recipes on his patients. However, the recipe that he gave not contain the name of the drug, but the titles of films related to the psychological condition of patients.
